Your Sprig membership will be active on the third business day after you Join the Club.

No. We curate Sprig boxes on a weekly schedule. You can join the club on or before any Thursday and have your Sprig box shipped the following Mon-Wed.

No. Sprig curators ensure that every box contains the freshest, most unique variety of in-season Sprigs available – direct from our farms. Equally, all members receive beautifully curated sprigs on a consistent and sustainable basis.

Your Sprig membership will be active on the third business day after you Join the Club.

Once active, we will harvest and overnight your Sprig box within the first three days of the following week.

Join on Wednesday > Active on Friday > Ship next Mon-Wed
Join on Saturday > Active on Wednesday > Ship next Mon-Wed

Shipping Questions

Nothing. Zero. Nada. We always ship overnight, and we always ship for free.

We ship to the entire U.S.. Well, technically not the whole U.S.. We don’t ship to Hawaii or Alaska.

Yep. All of our boxes are shipped overnight so your Sprigs arrive as fresh as humanly possible.

Nope. Sprig boxes don’t fit in PO boxes.

First, check your email for your tracking number. Next, check with the carrier listed in your confirmation e-mail to see exactly where the box is and when it will arrive.

Check your email for the carrier’s name and your tracking number. Then, check the number with the carrier assigned to your shipment.

Yes. Simply login to your account and change your shipping address at least 3 days before your next shipment date. We’ll handle the rest.

You can suspend your membership for a maximum of 3 months/year. To do so, simply login to your account and click Suspend.

We sure can. For large volume memberships, please contact us directly. We will assign your account to a service representative and contact you via telephone.

Product Questions

We feature over 200 Sprigs from super rare and unique varieties to gorgeous and popular staples. We’re always adding new and unique sprigs to your design palette. Check out a few of our Sprigs up close by clicking HERE.

And take all the fun out of it? Sorry, but no. Every Sprig box is curated to surprise, inspire and get your creative juices flowing. Trust us, it’s better when you don’t know what to expect.

Certainly, but our curators do an excellent job of ensuring Sprig diversity from month to month.

It’s impossible to say exactly, but each box contains 12 bundles and each bundle has between 7 and 20 stems.

So, expect between 120 and 240 stems in each box, and even more if it contains decorative grasses or reeds.

Your Sprigs may arrive looking tired and thirsty from their journey. This is perfectly normal. Most Sprigs need to be properly cut and re-hydrated upon arrival.

First, remove Sprigs from their protective sleeve and remove the hydration towel.

Second, cut (at a 45 degree angle) between .25″-1″ from the bottom of each stem and place them in a lukewarm water and light sugar solution or your favorite flower food and let them drink for a few hours. Voilà!

Your Sprigs are shipped overnight within 12 hrs of harvest, so on a freshness scale of 1-10, we’d say they rank a solid 9.4.

Sprigs are sourced from local farms and nurseries throughout Southern California.

Due to seasonality restrictions and high demand, purchases of most individual Sprig types is not possible… yet. We’ll keep you in the loop if this changes.

You can cancel anytime for any reason without penalties of any kind.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with Sprig, we promise to refund your money with no hard feelings – we’re still friends.

Due to the perishable nature of fresh Sprigs, we do not accept returns but we do guarantee your satisfaction or your money back.
